Destiny Oliver, a 5-year-old girl from Knoxville, TN, tragically passed away on September 14, 2019. She was shot once in the chest inside her home in Fountain City, Knoxville. Destiny was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The victim's mother, Robin Howington, was later charged with her daughter's death.
