In the late summer of 2019, the life of a bright-eyed five-year-old girl named Destiny Oliver was tragically cut short in her Knoxville, Tennessee, home. On September 14, 2019, young Destiny, a female student at Fountain City Elementary, died from a gunshot wound she sustained in her family's residence.
