Dallas Brown, a 35-year-old African American male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2019. Brown was found shot multiple times in the head and chest while sitting in his car on Cherrydale Avenue. The incident occurred on New Year's Eve, and Brown did not survive his injuries.
