Charles Edward Dunlap Jr., a 35-year-old African American male, passed away on April 25, 2020, in Memphis, Tennessee. Born on August 15, 1984, Charles was a beloved member of his community and family. He accepted Christ at the age of 15 and was an active member of the Greater St. Thomas Baptist Church. Charles was known for his warm personality and strong faith, which endeared him to many.
