Rusty LeRoy Bybee, a 50-year-old man from Dandridge, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2021. His death was the result of a violent incident involving his wife, Julie Ann Pope-Bybee, who was later charged with first-degree murder. The investigation began when Rusty Bybee's employer reported him missing after he hadn't shown up for work for several days. Detectives, with permission from Rusty's family, searched his property and discovered his body in a shed.
