In a quiet community in Westmoreland, Tennessee, a dispute between neighbors escalated to a fatal confrontation on the afternoon of Saturday, November 27, 2021. Brian Keith 'Dusty' Cummins, a 41-year-old male, was shot and killed on Charles Brown Road. The incident followed a disagreement that led to Cummins going onto the property of his neighbor.
