Jeremy Smith, a 27-year-old African American male, was found shot on the floor of his apartment in Memphis, Tennessee, on June 5, 2022. The Memphis Police Department responded to a shooting call at approximately 9:20 p.m. at the 40 block of North Claybrook Street near Court Avenue. Smith was transported to Regional One Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
