Floyd David Quiggle, a 27-year-old man from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on October 23, 1967. He was fatally shot in his home by his neighbor, Leo Held, who then engaged in a shootout with police before being mortally wounded. Held's rampage resulted in the deaths of six people, including Quiggle, and injuries to six others.
