Trooper Gary William Fisher, aged 26, was a dedicated officer of the Pennsylvania State Police. On February 3, 1985, he tragically lost his life while attempting to make a narcotics arrest in Westmoreland County. Trooper Fisher and his partner were conducting an undercover drug buy from two dealers.
