John Coligan, a 31-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 16, 1985, in South Connellsville, Pennsylvania. Coligan was one of four foremen killed at the Anchor Glass Container Corp. plant when a disgruntled employee, Mansel "Sonny" Hammett, returned to the facility after being suspended for disciplinary reasons.
