In the early evening hours of July 14, 1993, the life of 17-year-old Calvin Banks was tragically cut short on the streets of Chester, Pennsylvania. An African American male, Banks was fatally shot near the intersection of 9th and Madison Streets in an incident that sent shockwaves through the community.
