Andrea Umphrey, a 35-year-old woman from Sheraden, Allegheny, PA, tragically lost her life on April 18, 2004. Her death was the result of a violent incident that began at the Victorious Faith Evangelical Outreach church in Sheraden and ended on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Umphrey's ex-boyfriend, Alvin Starks, 30, abducted her and their 9-month-old daughter, Aaliyah, during a church service.
