Paul Garmong Richey, a 40-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a dedicated Pennsylvania State Police trooper who tragically lost his life on January 13, 2010, in Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania. Trooper Richey was born on August 29, 1969, in Franklin, Pennsylvania, and had a long history of service with the Pennsylvania State Police, having joined the force in 1993.
