Diamere Reed, a 20-year-old Black male from New Castle County, Delaware, was found dead on June 18, 2010, in Chester, Pennsylvania. His body was discovered outside an abandoned house on Rose Street, where he had been shot multiple times. The incident was reported by a passerby who noticed Reed in a kneeling position on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, police found six spent .45-caliber shell casings at the scene. Reed was pronounced dead at the scene.
