In February 2017, in the city of Chester, Pennsylvania, 37-year-old Justin Haywood, a male, was found shot multiple times inside his car. The discovery was made by police on the 900 block of McDowell Avenue. Haywood was quickly transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center for his injuries.
