Rastem Mohamed Abubakar, aged 24, was shot and killed on November 22, 2015, while sitting inside a car in a South Minneapolis parking lot. Another man, Yasin Ahmed Abdullahi, was also killed in the same incident. The two were found inside the vehicle in the 2400 block of Portland Avenue South. Despite initial investigations, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. Authorities continue to seek information to bring justice for both victims.
