William Harrison Rhodes Jr., a 38-year-old man from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2012. He was killed during a deadly shooting spree carried out by Jeffrey Lee Michael, a 44-year-old unemployed truck driver from Geeseytown, Pennsylvania.
