Edward Taylor, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2013. He was fatally shot while sitting in his car across the street from his residence in the 800 block of Lincoln Street. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Taylor was later pronounced dead at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The investigation revealed that four bullets were recovered from Taylor's body, and a total of 15 shell casings and three bullet fragments
