Charles Anthony Hull, a 56-year-old man from Penn Hills, PA, tragically died on January 27, 2014. The incident occurred when police officers were called to Hull's home on Calvin Street around 6:15 a.m. Hull's live-in girlfriend had called 911, expressing fear that Hull, who was outside with a rifle, might harm himself.
