Theresa Hunt, a 53-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on July 24, 2014, in Darby, Pennsylvania. She was a caseworker at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and was fatally shot by a patient during a routine appointment. The incident occurred inside the office of psychiatrist Dr. Lee Silverman, where Theresa Hunt was providing support to the patient.
