Winston McCullough Jr., a 17-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2014. The incident occurred on the 400 block of Hummel Street in Harrisburg. According to police reports, Winston was accidentally shot by 19-year-old Jabare Creamer, who was playing with a gun at the time.
