Rasheed Glover, a 22-year-old male from Chester, PA, was fatally shot on June 12, 2015. Glover, who was a former Chester resident currently living in Upper Darby, was mortally wounded in a shooting incident that occurred on Friday night around 8:40 p.m. Officers were dispatched to 11th and Tilghman streets in Chester, where they received information that the shooting victim was being transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center in a black Mercedes.
