Joseph L. Molinaro, a 34-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity from Carbondale, PA, tragically died on February 2, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death involved a confrontation with former Carbondale police officer Frank Schulze. Schulze, who was off-duty at the time, pursued Molinaro after an argument and shot him multiple times. The incident occurred at the intersection of Chestnut and Cemetery Streets in Carbondale.
