Matthew Hughes, a 21-year-old male from Center Township, Pennsylvania, tragically died on May 24, 2016, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound that was determined to be accidental. The incident occurred at his home on Pine Tract Road, where he was handling a revolver that discharged, causing a fatal wound to his stomach. At the time of the accident, three of Hughes' friends were present in the house, but they were in a different room and did not witness the incident.
