Timothy Van Evera, a 61-year-old male from Gilbertsville, PA, tragically passed away on July 12, 2016. He was pronounced dead at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest. The cause of death was determined to be a shotgun wound to the left chest, which perforated his stomach, diaphragm, and spleen. The manner of death was initially undetermined, and authorities stated that the investigation was ongoing.
