Benjamin Austin Smith, a 2-year-old boy from Quakertown, PA, tragically died on September 12, 2016, from a single gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at his grandparents' home in Milford Township, where he lived with his father, Nicholas Wyllie. According to reports, Benjamin found an unlocked .45 caliber handgun in his father's bedroom and accidentally shot himself.
