Kyle Watson, a 28-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically shot and killed in Chester, Pennsylvania, on January 22, 2017. Police were called to the scene around 4:50 a.m. to find Watson with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Despite immediate medical attention, paramedics from Crozer Chester Medical Center pronounced him dead at the scene.
