Jessica Taylor, a 32-year-old woman from McKeesport, PA, tragically lost her life on April 20, 2017. She was fatally shot multiple times while sitting in a car in the parking lot outside the 39 Building in Crawford Village. Another victim, 49-year-old Raffel Greene, was also shot multiple times and later found in the street. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and no weapon was found at the scene.
