Jessica Taylor, a 32-year-old woman from McKeesport, PA, tragically lost her life on April 20, 2017. She was fatally shot multiple times while sitting in a car in the parking lot outside the 39 Building in Crawford Village. Another victim, 49-year-old Raffel Greene, was also shot multiple times and later found in the street. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and no weapon was found at the scene.
The McKeesport Police and the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit launched an
investigation into the incident. Despite their efforts, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. Greene's daughter, Rakell, expressed her devastation and desire for justice, stating that her father was a loving father and grandfather who took care of his family.
