G. Brooks Jennings, a 51-year-old man from West Goshen, PA, was tragically shot and killed on the night of August 8, 2017. The incident occurred following a long-standing dispute with his neighbor, Clayton P. Carter III. According to police reports, the conflict escalated when Carter allegedly confronted Jennings with a handgun, ultimately shooting him twice in the head. Jennings was on his own property at the time of the shooting.
