In a quiet West Goshen, Pennsylvania neighborhood, a long-simmering feud between two next-door neighbors tragically culminated in the death of 51-year-old George Brooks Jennings. The male victim, a respected member of the community and a local Republican committeeman, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of August 8, 2017, on the lawn of his home on Box Elder Drive. The events of that night were the brutal end to a history of disputes with his neighbor, Clayton P. Carter III.
