Michelle Krek, a 35-year-old woman from Canonsburg, PA, tragically died on March 28, 2018, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. She was approximately seven months pregnant at the time of her death. The incident occurred in her apartment in Cecil Township, where she lived with her boyfriend, Naader Rizk, a 38-year-old man. According to police reports, Rizk shot Krek before turning the gun on himself.
