In the late summer of 2010, the life of Juan Raybon, a 37-year-old African American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Detroit, Michigan. On September 18, 2010, in the area of 18801 Conant, an incident occurred that resulted in his death. The official cause of his death was listed as murder, marking another grim statistic in the city's homicide records for that year. The case was reported to the Detroit Police Department a few days later, on September 22, 2010.
