In the autumn of 2019, the quiet life of a 72-year-old man named Sam Gantt came to a violent and mysterious end in his Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania apartment. Initially, his death was believed to be from natural causes when his body was discovered by police during a welfare check at his home in the 2000 block of Centre Avenue in the Hill District.
