Emily Winburn, a 15-year-old girl from Exeter, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on September 21, 2019, after being shot inside a home on Aster Court in the Wildflower Village development. Emily was a freshman at Meyers High School and had recently moved to the area with her family, seeking a fresh start. Her mother, Jane Maconeghy, described Emily as a bright, funny, and well-loved girl who had a passion for swimming and the paranormal.
