Sandra Jones Shaffer, a 65-year-old woman from Laflin Borough, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on September 30, 2019. Sandra, who suffered from dementia, was shot by her husband, Robert Shaffer, before he took his own life. The incident occurred inside their home on Haverford Drive in Laflin Borough. According to neighbors, Robert had been taking care of Sandra, and the stress of her condition had taken a toll on him.
