Mahlon C. Osterhout Jr., a 42-year-old man from Tyrone, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on December 2, 2019, due to injuries sustained in a hunting accident. Osterhout was born on December 6, 1976, in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, and was the son of Mahlon C. Osterhout Sr. and Cindy Miller Carper. He was well-known in his community and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his daughter.
