On April 5, 2020, 7-year-old Sinsir Parker, a young boy from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life after being shot in the face. Sinsir was found lying in the middle of Swarts Street by Chester police officers responding to a report of a shooting. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
