Jahrell Jenkins, a 20-year-old man from Elmira, New York, was tragically shot and killed on May 31, 2020, in Tioga, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. outside of Fred's Woodshed, a gentlemen's club in Tioga Township. According to reports, a fight broke out inside the club and continued outside, where Jenkins was shot twice in the back. He was transported to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, where he was pronounced dead due to his injuries.
