On a cold December evening in Detroit, the life of 36-year-old Raymond Singleton Jr. was tragically cut short. On December 3, 2010, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Singleton was fatally shot on the 14000 block of Winthrop Street, in a neighborhood on the city's west side.
