On February 21, 2021, 14-year-old Barry Mills Jr., a young boy from Chester Township, PA, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Tolston Street, where Barry was found and later transported to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.
