Braya Arya Nakole Sanders, a 3-year-old girl of African American ethnicity from Monroeville, PA, tragically passed away on March 26, 2021. The incident occurred in her family's apartment when her 5-year-old brother accidentally shot her in the head with a 9 mm pistol that was left unsecured on top of the refrigerator. The young girl was rushed to Forbes Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
