In the late hours of a Wednesday in August 2021, the city of Chester, Pennsylvania, was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. of severe exterior damage, was 31-year-old Walter Leroy Clark Jr. He was found to have sustained a gunshot wound to the upper trunk area on his left side. Medical attention was rendered, but Clark, a male, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene on August 4, 2021.
