Louis Vignone, a 58-year-old male of Italian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2021, while working his mail route in Collier Township, Pennsylvania. Vignone, a dedicated postal worker from Moon Township, was shot multiple times by Eric Kortz, a former neighbor who had a history of harassing the Vignone family. Kortz claimed he believed Vignone and his family had poisoned him with cyanide.
