Tony Weaver, a 38-year-old man from Detroit, was killed on February 24, 2011. He was found on Outer Drive, and his death added to the city's persistent homicide problem, which has plagued Detroit for decades. Tony's murder was among many that year in a city struggling with violence and a high number of unsolved homicides.
