Jerrick Jones

On April 8, 2011, Jerrick Raphael Jones, a 21-year-old Black male, lost his life in a violent incident at his residence on the west side of Detroit, Michigan. The young man had spent the earlier part of the evening out getting food at a local Coney Island establishment. Around 12:45 a.m., he returned to his home located in the 15700 block of Mark Twain Street, situated between Midland and Pilgrim streets. Shortly after his return, he was inside the house when a knock came at the front door.
