On a summer morning in Sullivan Township, Pennsylvania, the life of 49-year-old Trevor D. McCoon came to a tragic and violent end. On July 9, 2022, McCoon, a man who worked in the gas industry, was fatally shot. The incident that unfolded in the quiet community near Mansfield would soon be revealed as an alleged act of patricide.
