Trevor McCoon, a 49-year-old man from Mansfield, Pennsylvania, tragically died on July 9, 2022. The cause of his death was a shooting incident involving his estranged son, Zackery McCoon, who was 29 years old at the time. According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Zackery shot Trevor three times after Trevor allegedly lunged at him during an altercation at Zackery's home. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Trevor was pronounced dead at the scene.
