Patrolman Willard J. Wolff, aged 30, was a dedicated officer of the Cleveland Division of Police, Ohio. On July 23, 1968, he tragically lost his life during the Glenville Riots, a violent series of confrontations that erupted in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood.
