In the summer of 2017, the life of a young Detroit man was tragically cut short. Tevin Tilles, a 21-year-old African American male, was found fatally wounded on Friday, June 16, 2017. The discovery was made in the 11500 block of Wayburn Street, a residential area on the east side of the city.
