Andre Kenneth Bowers

Andre Kenneth Bowers, a 19-year-old Black male, tragically died on August 26, 2008, in Cleveland, Ohio. On that fateful night, Bowers was on the front porch of a downstairs apartment when several gunshots were heard. Seeking safety, he entered the duplex, but two more gunshots were fired while he was inside. The resident of the duplex found Bowers dead in the living room shortly after.
