Death by Force

On June 22, 2009, 16-year-old Christopher Damon Hill, a Black male from Lorain, Ohio, was fatally shot while seated in the rear seat of a vehicle driving in the area of West 17th Street and Long Avenue. The incident was suspected to be gang or drug-related. A single gunman fired at the car and fled the scene on foot. Despite developing a suspect, there was insufficient evidence to support a prosecution.
