Maurice Dewayne Williams, a 29-year-old African American male from Massillon, OH, tragically passed away on April 26, 2010, due to a fatal shooting. Williams was a lifelong resident of Massillon and was well-known in the community for his involvement in sports, particularly basketball and football, at the Massillon Boy's and Girls Club. He was honored as Boy of the Year in 1995 and was an avid fan of the LA Lakers.
