Kerri Ellen Allen, a 10-year-old girl from Brooklyn, Ohio, tragically lost her life on April 12, 2012. She was the daughter of Katherina and Kevin Allen, and she had a younger sister named Kayla. The incident occurred at a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Brooklyn, Ohio, where Kerri was celebrating her birthday.
